Projects

I applied successfully for the following projects/grants:

  • The project Apprroximation and complexity in Scheduling and routing is a research project funded by GSBE The duration of this project is from September 2013 till August 2016. The PhD student employed in this project is Tim Oosterwijk.
  • The project European South-American Network for Combinatorial Optimization under Uncertainty (EUSACOU) is a Marie Curie International Research Staff Exchange Scheme project funded by the European Union (FP7). The project is an exchange project between Maastricht University, Universita di Roma La Sapienza, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, Universidad de Chile, Universidad de Buenos Aires, and Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul. I am the coordinator of this project.
  • The project Real Time Service Men Dispatching is a research project with Joris van de Klundert and funded by METEOR. The duration of this project is from September 2009 till August 2012. The PhD student employed in this project will be Cyriel Rutten.
  • The project Stochastic Online Routing is a research project funded by METEOR. The duration of this project is from September 2007 till August 2011. The PhD student employed in this project is Bas Marban.
  • The project Combining Online and Stochastic Dynamic Optimization is a cooperation between Nicole Megow (TU Berlin) and myself. It is partially funded by the Maastricht Research School of Economics of Technology and Organizations (METEOR)

 

Before I moved to Maastricht, I was involved in the following projects:
